The Company


With a long-established reputation for delivering outstanding live events, this full-service production company provides creative and technical solutions for conferences, exhibitions, awards, product launches, brand experiences and corporate events across the UK and internationally.

Combining technical expertise with exceptional project delivery, they work with an impressive portfolio of clients and continue to invest in both their people and technology. As a result of continued growth, they are now looking to expand their technical team with the addition of a Technical Production Manager.


The Role

Working closely with clients, suppliers and internal production teams, you will take ownership of the technical delivery of live events from initial brief through to successful onsite execution.

Managing multiple projects simultaneously, you will ensure every event is delivered on time, within budget and to the highest technical standards.

Responsibilities include:

  • Taking detailed client briefs and advising on technical solutions
  • Managing the full technical production process from concept through to delivery
  • Producing technical specifications, equipment lists and production documentation
  • Liaising with lighting, audio, video and staging suppliers
  • Developing production schedules and event timelines
  • Working closely with internal project teams and freelance crew
  • Ensuring all health & safety procedures are followed throughout delivery
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships throughout each project

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within a technical production company or live events agency, managing the technical delivery of corporate events from end to end.
