Corporate Commercial Solicitor, 3+ Years PQE, Bristol, £60,000+ (DOE) - We are seeking a commercially focused Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join a growing team in Bristol. REF:4603.

THE ROLE:
• This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and client-focused lawyer who enjoys working closely with businesses and advising on a broad range of commercial matters.
• The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their expertise, work alongside experienced colleagues and become a valued member of a collaborative and ambitious team.
• We are looking for someone who combines strong technical ability with a practical understanding of business needs.
• You will have the confidence to manage your own workload, build trusted client relationships and contribute to the continued success and development of the department.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Corporate Commercial Solicitors with a minimum of 3 Years PQE.
• Have strong technical knowledge and the ability to handle a varied caseload.
• Demonstrate excellent drafting, negotiation and analytical skills.
• Be commercially aware and able to understand clients' wider business objectives.
• Have excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships.
• Be organised, proactive and able to manage deadlines effectively.
