About the Role

Signature Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a fantastic client to recruit a Customer Services Coordinator, which will play a vital role in delivering high quality customer experience, acting as the first point of contact for customers and ensuring queries are managed efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers, handling queries and calls
• Maintain accurate records of all customer communications
• Support the Customer Services Manager with day-to-day activities
• Manage customer expectations and deliver clear updates
• Coordinate technician schedules and create work instructions
• Liaise with internal teams, subcontractors and suppliers
• Monitor progress of work and ensure customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

• Essential experience: Dynamics 365 software experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Location & Working Hours

• North Bristol - BS32
• 37.5 hour per week
• Hybrid
