Director of Housing Property and investment - #2106321

This is a senior leadership role and as such the purpose, accountability and outcomes are subject to change in accordance with organisational requirements.

• Provide strategic leadership for Housing Property, Investment and Asset Services to ensure safe, compliant, high-quality and energy-efficient homes

• Lead the stewardship and optimisation of the Council’s housing and property assets, delivering sound financial, environmental and social returns over the long term

• Drive a data-led, whole-life approach to housing property services, from planning and construction through occupation, maintenance and renewal

• Ensure property services deliver excellent value for money, high resident satisfaction and full compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements

• Lead the development and delivery of capital investment, maintenance and building safety programmes aligned to the HRA Business Plan
