Duties will include:
- Manage a portfolio of clients, building trusted relationships and delivering excellent customer service
- Identify opportunities to create new relationships
- Engage with warm referrals explaining the benefits the services the business offers
- Maintain accurate records and documentation at all times
- Work closely with the Sales Manager to ensure clients’ seamless onboarding experience
- Keep up to date with all industry regulations
- Provide clear and accurate information at all times
The successful candidate will come from an administrative background and be able to demonstrate excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
