Salary: £27,500 to £36,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus uncapped bonus potential
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Full time, Permanent
Hybrid working: 3 days in the office and 2 days from home following your induction period

We're looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our successful Property & Construction team in Bristol, specialising in the growing social housing sector across Bristol and the South West.

• Building and developing relationships with clients across the social housing sector
• Generating new business opportunities and growing existing accounts
• Taking job briefs and providing recruitment solutions
• Sourcing, attracting and headhunting high-quality candidates
• Managing the recruitment process from vacancy through to placement
• Completing compliance checks, including right to work and references
• Delivering an excellent experience for both clients and candidates

• Previous agency recruitment experience, ideally within Property & Construction or a related sector
• Strong business development and relationship building skills
• A confident communicator who enjoys working with people
• Driven, resilient and motivated to succeed in a fast-paced environment
• Organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
