Our client is a well-established and respected estate agency, currently growing their team. They are looking to hire an experienced Sales Progressor to support their busy sales office. This is a great opportunity for a property professional or legal expert with sales progression experience to join a dynamic and hardworking team.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Sales Progressor to manage the sales pipeline from offer acceptance through to exchange and completion. You’ll ensure all parties are kept informed, delays are proactively managed, and customer service remains exceptional throughout. The ideal candidate will be organised, detail-oriented, and thrive in a target-driven environment.

Sales Progressor Key Duties:

• Manage the sales progression process from offer acceptance to completion
• Maintain regular contact with vendors, purchasers, mortgage advisors, solicitors, and surveyors
• Provide timely updates and clear communication to all parties involved
• Identify and resolve potential delays or disputes proactively
• Work closely with the sales team to support smooth transactions and meet deadlines
• Deliver excellent customer service at every stage of the sales process

Sales Progressor Key Skills:

• Experience in estate agency or legal sector, ideally in sales progression
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work efficiently under pressure, both proactively and reactively
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Positive, team-oriented attitude and target-driven mindset
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and strict deadlines

Sales Progressor Package:

• Salary: £29,000 basic (full-time) with realistic OTE of £33,000 (pro-rated for part-time)
• Location: Downend, Bristol
• Full-time hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45 am – 5:30 pm
• Optional part time hours available (Minimum 3 days per week)
• Holiday: 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays (increasing with service)
