Job Type: Permanent, Full-time
Location: Bristol, Hybrid with 3 days in the office per week
Salary: £60,000-£70,000

We're working with an established Bristol agency that partners with a range of brands to deliver data driven marketing and communications.

It's an exciting time to join, with new projects, growing client relationships and plenty of opportunity to make a real impact. They're looking for an experienced Senior Account Director to lead key client accounts while mentoring and developing the wider client services team.

What you'll be doing

Leading the agency’s client relationships, acting as a trusted partner at senior stakeholder level.

Setting the strategic direction across key accounts, ensuring work delivers against both client objectives and commercial goals.

Leading and mentoring the client services team, supporting them to do their best work.

Driving organic growth across existing accounts by spotting opportunities, building strong client relationships and bringing fresh ideas to the table.

Providing leadership across multiple projects and teams, ensuring work is delivered to the highest standard while maintaining a collaborative and positive culture.

Taking ownership of account commercials, forecasting, profitability and long term account health.

The experience you'll need

Strong agency experience in a senior client services role, with experience as a Senior Account Director or an established Account Director ready to take the next step.

A proven track record of driving account growth, forecasting and profitability.

Experience managing, mentoring and developing client services teams.
