Cash and Banking Administrator - #2099054

Robert Half Finance and Accounting are currently looking to recruit a Cash and Banking Administrator to join an exciting Professional Services company experiencing huge growth based in Bristol. For the right person the client is offering:

Role responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• To upload the daily bank statements
• Monitor the Cash & Banking payments inbox
• Update the payment register and record all payments processed
• Monitor bank balances and prepare replenishment payments as and when required
• Deal with all bank/ payment queries
• Ensure all postings are completed in a timely manner
• Prepare & post journals as required
• Create any new direct debit instructions and maintain
• Continuously offer ideas and solutions on how to improve daily processes, tasks and procedures for increased efficiency or better service for all stakeholders

Person specification:

• Knowledge of Accounts Receivable, Cash & Banking processes and how they interact
• Intermediate level Excel skills including VLOOKUPS and pivot tables
• Experience of working in an environment of continuous change
• Strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic contributor
