Placement Coordinator

Signature are looking for a new Placement Coordinator to join our friendly team on a full time, temporary basis during our hiring project.

Working as part of a team, our Placement Coordinators are responsible for finding and building relationships with candidates and ensuring all placed workers are compliant.

Responsibilities include:

• Source new candidates using job boards, ad response and CRM database
• Interview candidates, virtually and face to face building relationships and a thorough understanding of requirements, motivations, and skills
• Establish and maintain relationships with your candidates, maintaining regular communication to ensure that job orders are managed through to fill
• Created job adverts and social media posts to attract candidates

Experience:

• Takes pride in delivering excellent customer service
• Able to juggle a busy work load with multiple tight deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail
• Able to work in a fast paced environment remaining diligent when working under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills on the phone and via email
• Skilled with Microsoft Office and CRM databases
