Description

  • Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely and accurate personal tax compliance.
  • Provide expert advice on a range of personal tax issues to meet client needs.
  • Review and prepare personal tax returns with a focus on attention to detail.
  • Identify tax planning opportunities and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with current tax legislation and regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Support junior team members with technical guidance and mentoring.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to deliver comprehensive services.

Profile

A successful Personal Tax Manager should have:

  • A professional qualification in tax or accountancy (e.g., ATT, CTA, ACA, or ACCA).
  • Proven expertise in personal tax compliance and advisory services within professional services.
  • Strong knowledge of UK tax legislation and regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and team members.
  • The ability to manage multiple client portfolios and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • A proactive approach to identifying tax planning opportunities for clients.
