Desired Requirements:
- Self-organised, proactive, intuitive and able to own and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Experience working in the hospitality/food industry.
- Comfortable calling and building relationships with customers over the phone.
- Comfortable using business software and digital tools, including spreadsheets, CRM systems, and communication platforms.
- Energetic, excited and eagerness to get stuck in.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the Head of Compliance.
Wish List Requirements:
- Experience within hospitality, food safety, compliance, environmental health, or a related industry.
- Understanding of HACCP principles or food safety management systems.

Leafe are looking for a Pro Customer Success Representative to join our team in central Bristol! We’re a food-tech start up looking to make chefs and hospitality people’s lives less stressful by allowing them to manage their entire operation from one easy-to-use app.
While Leafe focuses mainly on tech solutions, we have deep roots in hospitality and with this in mind, we’ve created an approach to doing what we do that retains all the good parts of working in the hospitality industry. We work hard, adapt to fit what is best for the team and most importantly, keep the corporate smoke-and-mirrors to an absolute minimum. As a Pro Customer Success Representative at Leafe, you are the primary point of contact for our Pro clients, supporting them from the moment they sign up through onboarding and into renewals. Working closely with the Head of Compliance, you will support hospitality business operators to build bespoke food safety and compliance policies and ensure clients receive support throughout their journey, while helping Leafe grow. You will be a strong personality in our movement for good food!
Pay, Holiday and Additional Benefits
- £25k - £30k PA
- 26 days annual leave, excluding Bank Holidays.
