Are you an Estimator with a background in Construction or Roofing, looking to take the next step in your career with a leading design and installation company, where you will be provided with all the tools to succeed in a permanent, long term role as well as the opportunity to work on an exciting array of varied projects?

On offer is the opportunity to join a company in a highly autonomous role, they provide roofing and cladding solutions to a range of blue-chip clients across the South West, they have just taken on another lucrative contract which will give the company a substantial workload for the next 5 years.

In this autonomous role, you will be responsible for tender requests, robust cost estimation and building relationships with suppliers and customers. This will involve cost planning, commercial handovers and supplier selection. This is a Monday to Friday role with flexible working arrangements.

This role would suit an Estimator with a background in Construction or Roofing projects, looking for a permanent role in a senior position for a company that have long-term stability due to new contracts to see them through for the next 5-10 years.

The Role:

• Cost planning and Estimation
• Build up tenders after consultation and assess which projects the company will tender for
• Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and internal staff
• Monday to Friday - 40 hour week

The Person:

• Estimator or similar
• Background in Construction or Roofing
• Commutable to Bristol and surrounding areas
