The Role:

• Assist lawyers with clinical negligence claims and inquests
• Provide professional and empathetic communication with clients and stakeholders
• Draft legal documents and correspondence
• Conduct legal research and support case preparation
• Attend hearings and assist with case progression
• Support marketing, business development, and database management activities
• Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive team culture
• Manage caseloads efficiently and ensure compliance with procedures

About You:

• LLB or CILEx qualification (desirable)
• Experience in clinical negligence, inquests, personal injury, or related area (desirable)
• Strong communication and client service skills
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage workload effectively
• Keen interest in developing within clinical negligence law
