If you have experience coaching, mentoring or leading young people, your ability to build relationships, set boundaries and motivate individuals is highly transferable to these roles.

The Role

As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will support students both in and out of the classroom, helping them to engage with learning and manage their behaviour in a structured school environment.
