Are you an experienced HR Project Manager with a passion for Employee Relations and driving meaningful change? This role will play a key role in shaping and delivering people-focused transformation initiatives across a global organisation.

We’re looking for a confident, strategic thinker with a strong background in HR and project delivery:
- Extensive experience managing complex HR / ER transformation projects
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Deep understanding of Employee Relations and HR processes
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence a wide range of stakeholders
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics
- Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure
- A calm, proactive approach with excellent problem-solving skills
