Residential Property Lawyer – Bristol

This is a fantastic opportunity at a welcoming law firm in the Clifton area who is looking to hire in their residential property team. As the ideal candidate, you would be a qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx), or Licensed Conveyancer with 2–5 years’ post-qualification experience. The department are instructed on a range of property transactions from first-time buyer purchases to complex, high-value portfolios.

What experience is required:

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive (CILEx), or Licensed Conveyancer
• 2–5 years’ PQE in residential property law
• Proven ability to manage a full caseload including:
  
  • Freehold and leasehold transactions
  • Re-mortgages
  • Transfers of equity
  • Equity release
  • Right to buy
• Strong communication skills and ability to maintain relationships across the conveyancing chain
• A collaborative mindset and professional approach

• Manage a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to post-completion
