Investment Administrator - #2081163

Do you have experience of dealing with OEICS, Unit Trusts and Equities? Are you an efficient, accurate and self reliant worker?

Our client, an award-winning investment and technology solutions firm, is looking for an Investment Administrator to join their team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring that the daily dealing files have been prepared and uploaded to EMX,
• Calastone and Winterflood before the internal cut off point
• Carrying out any internally requested Fund Switch and rebalance requests in a timely
• manner
• Responsible for processing conversions and corporate actions as and when they
• arise
• Executing contract notes within the system
• Setting up any new agency and nominee accounts with new Fund Managers
• Responsible for checking and working through the daily control reports
• Portfolio Rebalances
• Contract processing
• Fund switches/Purchase settlements/Phased investments
• Corporate Actions and working through daily control reports
• Dividends
• Incident corrections/fixes

Your skills and experience:

• Previous experience of dealing with OEICS, Unit Trusts and Equities
• Previous experience of using EMX, Calastone and Winterflood
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Good communication skills
• Well organised
• Efficient and accurate
• Self-reliant, good problem solver, results oriented
• Energetic, collaborative and proactive
• Optimism and a ‘can do’ attitude
• Confidence to challenge current processes and senior members of the team
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including strong Excel knowledge.
