Claimant Personal Injury Solicitor / Legal Executive / Senior Paralegal – Bristol
A highly regarded national law firm are seeking an experienced Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or Senior Paralegal to join its specialist Claimant Personal Injury team in Bristol. This team handles complex and high-value claims, with a particular focus on serious injuries sustained by vulnerable road users, including cyclists, motorcyclists, and pedestrians.
This represents an excellent opportunity to join a well-established practice known for delivering high-quality legal services and building long-standing relationships with insurer and commercial partners. The role offers exposure to a broad range of cases involving significant injuries, including orthopaedic trauma, brain injuries, psychiatric harm, and chronic pain conditions.
The Role:
You will manage a varied caseload of Fast Track and Intermediate Track claimant personal injury matters, taking responsibility from initial instruction through to resolution. Alongside fee-earning responsibilities, you will contribute to team development and wider business initiatives.

You will have demonstrable experience handling your own caseload of claimant personal injury matters and a solid grounding in litigation. The firm is open to qualified Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives (FCILEx), and experienced Senior Paralegals with equivalent expertise.

- Attending networking and business development events
- Handling associated administrative tasks efficiently
You will have demonstrable experience handling your own caseload of claimant personal injury matters and a solid grounding in litigation. The firm is open to qualified Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives (FCILEx), and experienced Senior Paralegals with equivalent expertise.
You will also bring:
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with sound commercial awareness
- Confidence in managing client expectations and delivering a high standard of service
- Competency with case management systems and general IT
