As an Audit Assistant Manager, you will play a central role in managing and delivering audit engagements across a diverse client base, which includes owner-managed businesses, SMEs, and corporate entities. You will support senior management in driving quality and efficiency, whilst mentoring junior members of the team. • Managing and delivering audit assignments from planning through to completion, ensuring work is completed to the highest standard
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact during engagements
• Reviewing work prepared by junior team members and providing constructive feedback and guidance
• Supporting Partners and Managers in the delivery of a varied portfolio of clients across multiple sectors
• Contributing to the ongoing development of audit processes, methodology, and best practice within the firm

• ACA or ACCA qualified (or close to qualification) with solid audit experience gained within a UK accountancy practice
• Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
• Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP and/or IFRS, with the ability to handle complex audit matters
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to liaise with clients at senior levels
• A proactive, team-focused approach with a genuine desire to develop both personally and professionally
