You will be responsible for preparing accurate quotations and cost estimates for facilities works, liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams on current and new contracts.

This role would suit someone with experience in estimating construction or maintenance projects, looking to join a forward-thinking company offering genuine career development and training opportunities.

The Role:

• Preparing quotations and cost estimates for a range of facilities and construction projects
• Working with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Monday to Friday (Covering Bristol and Surrounding areas)

The Candidate:

• Experienced in Facilities Management or construction industry
• Experienced in Project Management
• Looking to grow and develop with a company
