This role is based their Staple Hill office, working directly with the Head of Department. Day-to-day of the role:

• Manage cases from the onboarding of clients to settlement or trial.
• Utilise strong drafting skills to prepare legal documents and correspondence.
• Communicate effectively with both professionals and clients at all levels.
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of case handling.
• Demonstrate strong organisational skills and the ability to work in a paper-light environment.
• Employ excellent soft skills to advise clients clearly and sensitively during complex and often life-changing claims.
• Network effectively and collaborate with the Marketing Team on various initiatives.
• Show strong technical skills and legal knowledge relevant to Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury law.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury law.
• Proven ability to handle a high-quality caseload.
• Strong drafting and communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and IT skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and contribute to the department's success.
• Confidence in networking and marketing.
