We are excited to offer an excellent opportunity with our client for a Residential Property Solicitor with 5 years PQE to join their busy and highly regarded conveyancing team. This role is ideal for a dedicated professional looking to thrive in a dynamic environment and contribute to our continued success and growth.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Advise clients on a wide range of residential property matters including:
  
  • Purchases (registered and unregistered, leasehold, freehold, shared ownership, new build)
  • Sales (registered and unregistered, leasehold, freehold, shared ownership)
  • Re-mortgaging
  • Transfers of equity
  • Equity release
  • Right to buy
  • Lease extensions
• Handle all aspects of the conveyancing process from initial instruction to completion.
• Provide high-quality legal advice that meets client needs and enhances the client experience.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation and effective handling of all cases.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE in residential property law.
• Comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of residential conveyancing.
• Strong ability to manage a diverse caseload efficiently.
• Excellent communication and client care skills, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Proven track record of working effectively within a busy conveyancing team.
