About the role



Responsible for leading the business transformation workstream within an assigned project plan. Responsible for defining the approach and deliverables in line with the project aims. These deliverables should be aligned with timeframes, cost, quality, scope, benefits and risk performance goals as defined by the Portfolio Team. At any given time the Business Change Manager may be assigned to multiple projects. 



What you'll be doing




  • Creation of business transformation plan and associated communication and engagement activities for the assigned projects using creative engagement techniques 

  • Managing stakeholders within the project to achieve the deliverables of the .deliverables of each project within the portfolio 

  • Ensure that tasks are delivered to the assigned timeframes, thinking creatively to get the task done when there are conflicting priorities.                                                         

  • Managing change management tasks to completion successfully achieving the desired outcomes within set timeframes and cost, with the minimum of business risk.                                                           

  • Driving the successful outcome with stakeholders, the project team members and project support to deliver the project outcome                                                                  

  • Ensuring any assigned project support functions are organised appropriately – able to multi task and reprioritise                                                   

  • Change Management approach and governance to be given and applied to stakeholder management - ensuring that all stakeholders are appropriately informed and consulted.                                                                              

  • Design and manage required workshops and all other change management activity             



About you




  • Proven experience of change management within a technology/ organisational project environment 

  • Adaptable communication and influencing skills, empathetic and insightful        

  • Effective networker able to build relationships to aid stakeholder management at all levels 

  • Ability to create communication and training plans and experienced in delivering those plans   

  • Task management                 

  • System or ERP transition                     

  • Using data analysis to deliver solution, thinking creatively around the issue     

  • Understanding of project techniques including recognised change management theory  

  • Knowledge of quality management principles and processes                           

  • Familiar with software development lifecycle and business process management 

  • Knowledge of value chain and process efficiency                            

  • Strong team collaboration skills on delivery of tasks          

  • Design, delivery and training of new business processes
