The Role

You’ll join a specialist Accountancy & Finance recruitment team, working with a broad range of clients from SMEs through to major national and international businesses.

This is a full 360 recruitment role where you’ll:

• Build and develop client relationships
• Source and interview high-quality candidates
• Manage the recruitment process from brief through to placement
• Generate new business opportunities
• Advertise vacancies and manage candidate pipelines
• Negotiate offers and close deals
• Become a market specialist within your sector

The business has a strong existing presence in the market, giving you the platform, tools, and support to quickly build a successful desk.

• Recruiters with around 6–12 months’ agency recruitment experience
