We are seeking an experienced and driven Head of Private Client to join our client's award-winning estate planning team. This senior leadership role is ideal for a qualified professional ready to make a lasting impact and help shape the professional standards of their firm.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Lead and manage the delivery of Wills, Trusts, and LPA services.
• Support, train, and develop a skilled legal team.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and compliance across all legal activities.
• Drive business development and help to build partner relations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualified solicitor, STEP member, or CILEX practitioner with relevant private client experience.
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in private client matters.
• Demonstrable leadership and team development skills.
• Strong business development capabilities and a client-focused approach.
