We’re recruiting a Service Delivery Coordinator to join a busy service team, supporting customers and ensuring queries are resolved quickly and efficiently.

Contract: Temp ongoing
Hours: Full time day hybrid)
Salary: £13.20 per hour
Key Duties
- Manage and resolve helpdesk queries
- Investigate issues and maintain accurate records
- Input and manage data on internal systems
- Support admin, reporting, and month-end processes
- Provide excellent service via phone and email
About You
- Strong customer service skills
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
- Confident communicator

- Previous admin or customer service experience preferred
