Role Description

This full-time, on-site role is located in Bristol. The Property Manager will oversee the day-to-day management of residential properties, ensuring properties are well-maintained and compliant with regulations. Responsibilities include liaising with landlords and tenants, coordinating property inspections and maintenance. Exceptional customer service and an understanding of property management regulations will be key.

Qualifications

• Property management skills, including knowledge of landlord and tenant law, tenancy agreements, and maintenance coordination
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to efficiently manage multiple properties and priorities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to address tenant and building issues proactively
• Proficiency in property management software and general computer literacy
• Experience in a similar property management or lettings role is preferred
• A valid UK driving license required
