• Managing and growing a portfolio of clients
• Delivering complex personal tax compliance and advisory work
• Leading, mentoring, and developing the private client tax team
• Driving business development and contributing to firm-wide growth
• Building strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders

• CTA and/or ACA/ACCA qualified
• At least eight years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
• Significant experience advising high-net-worth individuals, trusts and estates
• Proven team leadership skills at a senior level
• Strong business development and client relationship experience
