I'm looking for an experienced Senior ER Policy Manager to join a growing Employee Relations & Policy Centre of Excellence.

This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of global HR policy and governance, driving best practice across multiple regions while influencing culture, strategy, and employee experience at scale.

What you’ll be doing

  • Leading the development and evolution of global HR policies and governance
  • Ensuring policies are commercial, compliant, and aligned to business strategy
  • Partnering across HR and the wider business to deliver a consistent employee experience
  • Driving ER & Policy initiatives that support organisational and cultural change
  • Overseeing policy communication and implementation strategies
  • Managing and developing a high-performing policy team
  • Using insights and trends to proactively improve ER outcomes

What we’re looking for

  • Strong experience in global HR policy and governance
  • Proven ability to lead complex ER or HR projects
  • Excellent stakeholder management with the confidence to influence at senior level
  • A strong people leader with a passion for developing teams
  • The ability to translate complexity into clear, practical guidance
  • Highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
