The Role

• Build your own desk, developing and growing client relationships
• Source and place high-calibre Financial Planning professionals
• Identify and convert new business opportunities

What We’re Looking For

• Authentic, honest and hardworking individuals
• Real motivation to earn and progress
• At least 1 year of recruitment experience in any sector
• Experience recruiting within Financial Planning or another professional services sector would be helpful, but it is not essential. We’ll provide the training and market insight to help you build your expertise.
