IT Deployment Engineer - Windows 11 Refresh

Contract Role

We are looking for experienced IT Deployment Engineers to support a large-scale Windows 11 laptop refresh project onsite in Bristol.

• Deploy and configure new Windows 11 laptops

• Provide basic user support during device handovers

• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues during deployment

• Assist users with setup, login, and connectivity issues

• Support the onsite Project Manager with rollout activities

• Previous experience in IT deployment, deskside, or refresh projects

• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 environments

• Good customer service and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced onsite environment

• Active SC Clearance is mandatory

• Full onsite role based in Bristol

• Immediate/start ASAP preferred

• Contract opportunity
