Beach Baker is delighted to be partnering with a well-established, independent national firm of surveyors to recruit an experienced Commercial Valuation Surveyor.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly reputable business, either in an employed capacity or on a consultancy basis (circa 50/50 fee split), depending on your preference.

The Role

You will join a growing Commercial Valuations and Expert Witness team, led by a highly regarded FRICS professional. The role will involve undertaking valuations across a diverse range of commercial property types throughout the South West.

There is also a strong and established Expert Witness offering within the business, with a clear pathway for the right individual to develop into this area over time.

As an independent firm, our client offers genuine flexibility and is open to shaping the role and package around the successful individual. Whether you are seeking more flexibility, a broader scope of work, or a longer-term progression route (including potential equity/partnership), this opportunity can be tailored accordingly.

You will also benefit from working within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team of surveyors and engineers, providing a strong internal network and support structure.

Requirements

• MRICS qualified and Registered Valuer
• Proven experience in commercial valuation
• Strong client-facing skills and ability to manage your own workload
• Interest in developing broader expertise, including expert witness work (desirable)
