A highly regarded and award-winning law firm in Bristol is seeking an experienced Corporate Lawyer to join its expanding Corporate team at Legal Director, Managing Associate or Partner level.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established firm with a strong reputation across the South West and nationally, advising an impressive client base ranging from owner-managed businesses and entrepreneurs through to national corporates, investors and high-growth companies.

The Opportunity

You will play a key role within a growing corporate team, handling a broad range of transactional and advisory matters, including:

• Mergers and acquisitions
• Management buyouts and buy-ins
• Corporate restructuring and reorganisation
• Shareholder agreements and joint ventures
• Private equity and investment transactions

Candidate Requirements

Applications are welcomed from Corporate Solicitors with strong technical expertise and commercial awareness, ideally with:

• Significant experience gained within a respected Corporate team
• A strong track record handling complex transactional matters
• Excellent client relationship and business development skills
• Experience supervising or mentoring junior team members
• The ambition to contribute to the continued growth of the practice
