RF Engineer – Bristol Area – Circa £55k

I’m currently recruiting for an RF Engineer to join a fast-growing, innovative technology business working on cutting-edge projects across the RF, microwave and millimetre-wave space.

This is a great opportunity for an RF Engineer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, developing advanced technology solutions, and working on R&D-led programmes for a range of specialist clients.

The Role

As an RF Engineer, you’ll be involved in the research, design, development and delivery of leading-edge RF technologies. You’ll help understand client requirements, propose innovative technical solutions, and communicate your approach through both verbal updates and formal technical documentation.

Key Experience

I’m looking to speak with RF Engineers with at least 2 years’ post-graduate engineering experience and skills in one or more of the following areas:

• RF, microwave or millimetre-wave sensor design


• Software Defined Radio and RF implementation


• Prototype and pre-production equipment development


• Requirements and design documentation


• Planning and executing technical trials


• Modern communication technologies


• AI techniques for RF sensor data extraction

Strong communication skills are important, as you’ll be working closely with clients to understand requirements and present effective solutions.
