Test Engineer Bristol | Up to £50K | Growing Engineering Business

A leading manufacturer of complex engineering equipment is looking for a hands-on Test Engineer to join its growing team in Bristol.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing business developing highly technical systems and equipment within an innovative engineering environment.

The role would suit someone practical, switched-on, and motivated, who enjoys problem-solving, testing, and working closely with both engineering and manufacturing teams.

The Role

• Build, test and develop complex engineering systems
• Hands-on mechanical assembly, pipework & fittings
• Support pressure testing and system diagnostics
• Analyse test data and provide engineering feedback
• Work closely with manufacturing and design teams
• Lab-based role with a strong practical engineering focus

Requirements

• Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background
• 2–3+ years engineering or test experience
• Hands-on approach with strong problem-solving ability
• Experience with pressure systems, PLCs or testing environments beneficial
• Motivated, driven and comfortable within a growing business
