Senior Data Strategist

Bristol (3 days per week) or London hybrid | £50,000-£60,000

The Role
As Senior Data Strategist, you will sit at the intersection of data, technology, and customer experience, using insights to shape high-impact CRM strategies across a varied client portfolio.
You will:
  • Develop targeted CRM strategies grounded in robust data insights.
  • Analyse customer behaviour and identify opportunities for growth, revenue uplift, and improved ROI.
  • Assess and optimise client tech stacks, ensuring efficient workflows and high-performing lifecycle journeys.
  • Lead data storytelling-translating analytical findings into compelling, client-ready narratives and decks.
  • Champion customer experience across multi-channel CRM programmes.
  • Collaborate closely with data teams to turn complex analysis into actionable strategy.
  • Mentor junior strategists and support their development.
  • Work across multiple CRM platforms, with many clients operating in Braze.
  • Present strategies and insights directly to stakeholders and senior client contacts.
Your Skills & Experience
You will be successful in this role if you have:
  • Strong experience in CRM strategy within an agency or a data-driven in-house environment.
  • Proven ability to turn data insights into actionable customer-centric strategies.
  • Confident client-facing or stakeholder-facing communication skills.
  • Experience collaborating with data teams and translating technical outputs into strategic recommendations.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms; Braze experience is highly advantageous.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Tableau or Adobe Analytics.
  • A talent for data storytelling and building engaging presentations.
