PACT Solutions | Digital Transformation for Higher Education
Date: 3 weeks ago
City: Bristol
Contract type: Full time
Work schedule: Full day
Location: Bristol or Manchester hybrid (regular travel to partner sites across the UK and Ireland as needed)
Role Type: Permanent (full-time preferred, flexible working considered)
Role Summary
Lead change activity within programmes, ensuring that new systems, processes and ways of working are successfully adopted and embedded. This is a delivery-focused consulting role for a flexible and proactive change professional to make a meaningful impact in a university setting.
About PACT Solutions:
PACT Solutions is a specialist management and digital transformation consultancy working exclusively with higher education institutions across the UK.
We help universities solve complex challenges across strategy, student records, data, change and delivery. As we grow, we want to strengthen the way we run the business internally while protecting the quality, culture and partner focus that have made us successful.
The Role
Own and deliver change activity across programmes, working closely with delivery, data and partner teams to ensure change is structured, aligned and delivers sustainable outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing
Our values sit at the heart of everything we do:
Partnership: We work with you, not for you.
Integrity: We do the right thing, even when it requires difficult conversations.
Inquisitive: We dig deeper to uncover what will truly deliver value.
Transformative: We focus on outcomes that create lasting, measurable improvement.
Why join PACT?
Take ownership of meaningful change delivery across major transformation programmes while developing your consulting capability in a fast-growing, supportive environment.
This role sits at the Consultant level within PACT's consulting career pathway (Analyst → Consultant → Senior Consultant → Lead → Principal), with increasing responsibility for delivery, stakeholders and impact.
