FLT Reach Truck Driver – Bedminster, Bristol

People Solutions are currently recruiting for an FLT Reach Truck Driver to join our well-established client based in Bedminster, Bristol.

This is a fantastic opportunity offering stable weekday hours and genuine opportunities for growth and progression.

This role would suit applicants who have previously worked as an FLT Operator, FLT Driver, Reach Truck Driver or Forklift Truck Operative.

Rates of Pay:

• £12.76 per hour

Shifts:

• Monday – Friday
• 08:00 – 17:00

Day-to-Day Duties:

As an FLT Reach Truck Driver, your duties will include:

• Operating an FLT Reach Truck safely and efficiently
• Carrying out pre-use inspections and reporting any faults
• Receiving goods into the warehouse and stowing pallets
• Checking quantity and visual quality of incoming and outgoing goods
• Unpacking and storing incoming deliveries
• Organising stock for dispatch
• Moving goods around the warehouse as required
• Adhering to health and safety procedures at all times

Essential Skills:

As an FLT Reach Truck Driver, you will need:

• Valid accredited Reach Truck licence
• Proven experience operating an FLT Reach Truck
• Good communication skills and ability to multi-task
• Strong spatial awareness
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Good organisational skills
• Reliable and self-motivated attitude
• Flexibility and willingness to undertake a variety of tasks
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Desirable Experience:

• Previous warehouse experience

Training Provided:

• Industry-related training and ongoing support
