About the Opportunity

Delivering a project is one thing. Delivering a project that genuinely makes a customer’s life easier, better, and more exciting? That’s what we’re here for.

We’re on the lookout for a Technical Project Manager who thrives in consultative, customer-facing environments. Someone who gets a buzz from connecting people, ideas, and technology and making sure great things happen as a result.

This isn’t just about ticking off project milestones. It’s about building trust, simplifying the complex, and creating meaningful impact for customers.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Partnering with customers to really get under the skin of their challenges and opportunities
  • Leading agile technical teams to deliver modern, cloud-native, data-driven solutions
  • Spotting risks, dependencies, and roadblocks early and sorting them before they cause problems
  • Translating technical jargon into plain English for stakeholders, ensuring everyone’s on the same page
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to customers, advocating for their needs throughout each project
  • Driving continuous improvement, helping your teams work smarter and faster
  • Delivering a mix of accelerators, platforms, and bespoke solutions that offer real, measurable value

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in technical project management, ideally in software development, data, or analytics projects
  • A consultative, customer-first approach, you enjoy solving problems with people, not just for them
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a knack for bringing clarity to complexity
  • Experience in agile delivery environments
  • Familiarity with modern cloud infrastructure, software development practices, and data-driven solutions
  • A proactive, adaptable mindset, someone who stays positive and productive in the face of uncertainty
  • Commercial awareness to balance customer value with business objectives

What’s In It for You

  • A hybrid working model, with offices in Bristol and London, because collaboration matters
  • A genuine focus on well-being, with access to wellbeing coaches and support
  • A culture of continuous learning, with training, certifications, and personal development pathways
  • An inclusive, supportive environment where everyone belongs and can be themselves
