What You’ll Be Doing
- Partnering with customers to really get under the skin of their challenges and opportunities
- Leading agile technical teams to deliver modern, cloud-native, data-driven solutions
- Spotting risks, dependencies, and roadblocks early and sorting them before they cause problems
- Translating technical jargon into plain English for stakeholders, ensuring everyone’s on the same page
- Acting as a trusted advisor to customers, advocating for their needs throughout each project
- Driving continuous improvement, helping your teams work smarter and faster
- Delivering a mix of accelerators, platforms, and bespoke solutions that offer real, measurable value
- Proven experience in technical project management, ideally in software development, data, or analytics projects
- A consultative, customer-first approach, you enjoy solving problems with people, not just for them
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a knack for bringing clarity to complexity
- Experience in agile delivery environments
- Familiarity with modern cloud infrastructure, software development practices, and data-driven solutions
- A proactive, adaptable mindset, someone who stays positive and productive in the face of uncertainty
- Commercial awareness to balance customer value with business objectives
- A hybrid working model, with offices in Bristol and London, because collaboration matters
