Monarch Education are looking for enthusiastic Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistants to work at a school within the Bristol Area. Working as a Graduate Teaching Assistant could be a great platform to gain school experience and accelerate your career in education. The role will involve 1:1 and small group work as well as supporting the class teacher with full class lessons.
The opportunity will give you the chance to expand on your experience working with young people and support young people of different ages and backgrounds, including those with physical and learning disabilities. Experience in a school is not essential, just a can-do attitude and experience working with children or vulnerable adults in some capacity.

Requirements Of The Role
- Psychology or related Social Sciences Degree
- Must hold a 2:2 or above Hons degree
- Aspiring educational psychologists/ SEN Teachers
- Experience working with young people or vulnerable adults in some capacity
- Able to work full time in Coventry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive can-do attitude
- You will be paid a competitive daily wage, based on your experience
- Dedicated consultant allocated to support you with any questions or concerns

- £200 for any successful referral of Teachers and £100 for Teaching Assistants
