Job Description

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities
- Procurement support: Manage suppliers; Liaise with HQ specifications in Italy; negotiate T&Cs or payment terms.
- Manage Facility & Health & Safety (H&S): Manage contractors; support fire risk assessments or prepare COSHH, and PUWER assessments.
- Finance tasks: Perform month-end reconciliations and manage UK employee expenses; UK inventory or handle insurance renewals and related administrative tasks.
- Reception & HR Support: Serve as the first point of contact for calls and visitors; manage visitor passes, ID checks, and hospitality arrangements; organising travel bookings and team events or supporting onboarding and training.
- Export Compliance Administration
Key skills and qualifications
- Extensive experience in an Administrative position within Aerospace industry, ideally.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clear and effective correspondence. Italian language would be a plus but not essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- UK security clearance will be required.
