Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Part Time Night Auditor on a permanent contract to join our team at Novotel Bristol Centre. As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the night shift, managing front desk duties, performing financial reconciliations, and providing exceptional guest services.
Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting
Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs
Provide outstanding guest services by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and hotel public spaces
Prepare reports for management detailing occupancy rates, revenue, and other key metrics
Handle phone calls professionally and courteously, ensuring a positive experience for callers
Assist with administrative tasks as required during the night shift
Ensure the security and safety of guests and hotel property during overnight hours
Collaborate with other departments to address any guest concerns or maintenance issues
Stay up-to-date with hotel policies, promotions, and local area information to assist guests effectively
