Responsibilities Of The Damp And Mould Surveyor
- It is essential that you have a proven track record for delivering/managing multiple technical building projects.
- Good working knowledge of Health and safety regulations and good practices inclusive of Construction design management
- Carry out damp and mould surveys on social housing properties
- Using schedule of rates in your works
- Competitive rate
- Agile working
- Experience of planned works or void delivery within social housing
- H&s qualification
- HND or HNC (essential)
