Responsibilities Include
All aspects of Customer engagement including
- Event management, co-ordination and reporting.
- Managing tenders
- Webinars
- updating sales procedures and processes
- increase Revenue by acquiring new customers
- Increase revenue up-selling to existing Accounts
- Maintain Customer satisfaction through regular contact
- Assist customers in understanding how to gain benefits from solution.
- Experienced in customer engagement, account management or account development
- currently in a technology environment or want to be in technology in particular SaaS
- Good interpersonal skills
- strong relationship building skills,highly organised, driven and motivated to do well.
