EC&I/Hardware Engineer

What will you be doing?
Working within the nuclear industry
You will be designing hardware systems mainly using proprietary hardware components for control panels,
Primarily focusing on PLC's, MCCs, Drives & Controls, and switchgear,
Preparing, reviewing and checking necessary calculations and design.
Where will you be doing it?
Our client has been a leader in advanced system integration for decades, they work on ambitious and leading-edge projects for some of the UK's most critical environments.
They were founded around 50 years ago and since then have been committed to develop and deliver career pathways.
What will you need?
SC Clearance or British Citizenship
Knowledge of designing electrical panels containing PLC's and LV distribution systems,
Good knowledge of AutoCAD Electrical,
Thorough understanding of BS7671 IEE 18th Edition Wiring Regulations,
Understanding of IEC BS EN 61439-1, Low-voltage switchgear and control gear assemblies,
Experience of designing electrical cabling and containment systems,
