Residential Support Worker - Keynsham Hourly Rate: £13.00 - £13.50 (depending on experience) Sleep-in Rate: £75 per night Location: Keynsham, Somerset Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time / Flexible shifts available

About the Role As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for children and young people in our care. Key Responsibilities
- Building trusting relationships with children and young people
- Supporting daily routines including education, activities, and personal development
- Managing challenging behaviours with compassion and consistency
- Maintaining accurate records and contributing to care planning
- Participating in sleep-in shifts (paid at £75 per night)
- Ideally, a Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Residential Childcare
- Experience working with children or young people (preferred but not essential)
- A calm, patient, and proactive approach
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
- A full UK driving licence is desirable
- Competitive hourly pay based on your skills and experience
- £75 per sleep-in shift
