We are partnering with a growing, high-calibre professional services firm to find a Head of Talent to lead the next phase of their people strategy. This is a part-time role (3 days per week or reduced hours across 5 days) and ideal for someone looking to make a meaningful impact while maintaining flexibility—potentially suited to a parent returning to work or someone seeking reduced hours at a senior level.This newly created role combines two key areas of responsibility:1. Talent Attraction & Recruitment Strategy – Oversee and deliver end-to-end recruitment across all levels (from Partners to Business Support), helping the business scale by 50% over the next three years.2. Learning & Development Oversight – Coordinate training and development initiatives to support career progression, with a strong focus on internal talent development and future client-facing capabilities.Ideal Candidate:• Degree-qualified with 8+ years of post-grad experience in professional services, blue-chip, or high-growth environment.• Strong recruitment expertise; internal or in-house talent acquisition leadership experience is essential.• Exposure to L&D strategy or coordination is advantageous but not required.• Driven, emotionally intelligent and collaborative individual.• Location: Bristol or London preferred (hybrid working supported).
