Your impact
Energy & Power team is growing and we’re looking for a Framework Manager to support our UK business with growth in Global Energy Transition.
Our team provides a range of services to our Transmission and Distribution and Generation clients in addition to cross-market solutions to our non-energy clients. This includes work on transmission system assets, HVDC interconnectors, energy storage systems, inertia systems, wind and solar farms and advanced facilities for mission critical industries in the technology and process sectors.
About The Opportunity
The Framework Manager holds a key position as our client’s framework representative. The Framework Manager is accountable for day-to-day management of the framework including client relationships, coordinating resources including recruitment, managing commercial negotiations, identifying and leading operational sales opportunities and supporting projects through their
delivery. The successful candidate will be able to work collaboratively across our operations and sales teams to provide client focus and support and innovative solutions to clients most challenging problems.
Key responsibilities
– Maintaining the health and safety of those working under the framework, ensuring those attending site and client offices are compliant with Jacobs process and procedures and up to date, monitoring incident and managing / reporting them within Jacobs and to the client where necessary.

Key responsibilities
– Maintaining the health and safety of those working under the framework, ensuring those attending site and client offices are compliant with Jacobs process and procedures and up to date, monitoring incident and managing / reporting them within Jacobs and to the client where necessary.
- Developing and implementing specific growth plans, client engagement and key sales pursuits, in line with P&PS Energy strategy.
- Ensuring that all projects are reviewed in a monthly project review (PR) or other agreed basis in order to identify current and anticipated problems.
- Supporting the Project Managers in the delivery of the projects including supporting any invoicing and payment issues.
- Focusing on building client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. Any issues or risks from client raised to FM to address quickly.
- Commercial awareness appropriate to delivery of major multidisciplinary design services, ideally with experience of NEC contracts especially NEC3 ECC and NEC4.
