Responsibilities

Supervising construction workers and subcontractors

Conducting quality and safety inspections

Checking and preparing site reports, designs, and drawings

Maintaining quality control checks

Motivating the workforce

Day:to:day problem solving and dealing with any issues that arise

Working on:site in all weathers

Requirements

SMSTS / SSSTS

First Aid

Full UK Driving Licence

Key Skills

Good communication skills

Problem:solving skills

Decision:making ability

Commercial awareness

Ability to motivate others

Teamworking skills

Good knowledge of building methods and regulations.
